Fahrenheit Advisors Taps Executive to Lead Human Capital Management Practice

Richmond, VA November 2020 – Fahrenheit Advisors has announced that Sara James Shelton will be joining the firm as the Human Capital Management Practice Area Lead. Headquartered in Richmond, VA, Fahrenheit is a middle-market consulting and advisory firm.

Sara began her career in management consulting by supporting technology, financial services, and healthcare companies through mergers, acquisitions, and other large-scale transformational initiatives. Capitalizing on that experience, she transitioned into internal HR business partner roles, coaching leaders at all levels in driving cultural change, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
