Fahrenheit’s Jay Carpenter named as finalist in Icon Awards

The Icons Awards honor young professionals from across the region for standing out as front-runners and change agents in their workplaces. Candidates are 35 (or younger) and have made clear and direct impact on their companies, workplaces and co-workers.  That certainly describes Jay Carpenter and the impact he makes here at The Fahrenheit Group and in our community.

Front Runners put in the long hours, take on new challenges and persevere when told it couldn’t be done.  Their drive and passion for this work fuels their desire to leave an impactful legacy.

Front Runners are making a name for themselves through hard work, active engagement and great results. Not afraid to take calculated risks, they exercise strategic judgment in supporting the mission of their teams and their organizations. They may have demonstrated excellent leadership in early management roles, blown sales goals out of the water, or expanded business in a big way. Front Runners want to be experts in their fields and are obvious candidates for future leadership roles.
