Fahrenheit Advisors is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Imhof as Senior Practice Director, where he will spearhead the Transactions & Private Equity Team within the firm’s established Business Advisory Practice. In this new role, he will build and lead a team of seasoned private equity and transaction-focused experts providing comprehensive solutions to companies preparing for transactions in need of pre or post transaction support. Rob will harness his teams’ collective expertise to guide and bolster clients across a spectrum of M&A Strategy initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, minority and growth equity investments, corporate restructurings, and general corporate governance. His role will create additional focus on this important client category and it reflects the growing number of Fahrenheit clients with these needs.

His appointment underscores Fahrenheit’s dedication to serving the evolving needs of its clientele, particularly in the realm of M&A Strategy.

Rob officially rejoins Fahrenheit after serving as an interim SVP of Finance and leading a public used automotive retail company through a SPAC merger, a position he initially assumed after joining the company as interim Chief Financial Officer through Fahrenheit.  With a career spanning over 24 years, Rob’s diverse experiences encompass various industries and roles, from public accounting to CFO positions. As a demonstrated leader, he has assembled and guided finance and accounting teams at esteemed companies such as CarLotz, Performance Fibers, TDN2K, Colortree, and EB Metals.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Rob back to Fahrenheit in this new leadership role. His experience as a CFO, overseeing an IPO, and supporting other PE backed companies gives him the ability to drive client specific solutions which align with the objectives of all parties in these complex situations,” said Mark Vita, Leader of Business Advisory and Finance & Accounting Practices.
