She began her career in corporate training and development within the retail industry. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of different positions throughout various HR organizations, helping the growth and expansion of their products. Since then, Sue Kay has experience across several industries including government, financial services, non-profit, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail. Her strong public and private business background, along with her passion to empower success and her wealth of experience working closely with business professionals, has been essential in her effectiveness as a coach, consultant, and facilitator.
