Fahrenheit Finance Continues Growth; Announces New Hires

Fahrenheit Finance co-founders, Keith Middleton and Rich Reinecke, discuss the firm’s continued success and announce several additions to the firm’s client service team and internal staff.

Continued Market Expansion

“The firm continues to experience market expansion across all our service lines – consulting, fractional financial management and executive search services,” stated Keith Middleton. “We have become the “go to” firm for any company looking for CFO and controller expertise on a less than full time basis, as well as for the hiring of a full time finance executive.  Our consulting practice continues to expand by successfully providing services to high growth, middle-market and larger public companies.”

  • Fractional Financial Management – In the fractional segment, Fahrenheit Finance is adding new clients on a weekly basis. Serving early stage, high growth to middle-market companies, the firm provides expertise on a part-time basis that companies may not be able to afford or don’t need on a full time basis.
  • Executive Search – In the executive search space, the firm has recently performed over a dozen successful middle-market CFO and controller searches, primarily on an exclusive basis.   The firm is re-defining how high growth and middle-market companies find key talent that fit both the technical and cultural requirements of these typically unique organizations.
