Fahrenheit Finance Announces New Hires to Support the Continued Fast Growth of the Firm

Fahrenheit Finance co-founders, Keith Middleton and Rich Reinecke, announce the following additions to the firm’s internal and external delivery teams.   “We are very excited about our new team members.  Each one of them brings unique experiences and skill sets that will help us continue to broaden and deepen the strength of our services to clients and support our rapid growth,” said Reinecke.

Middleton added, “We are just as excited with the acceptance we have received in the marketplace being identified as a leading provider of fractional CFO and controller services, finance and accounting consulting solutions, value-added direct hire search and staffing capabilities, and financial recovery services.”


Fahrenheit Finance’s Recent New Hires Include:

  • Rachel Antrobus, CPA, Senior Consultant

Rachel is a CPA with both public accounting (Deloitte) and private industry experience in an extremely high growth company.  She has hands-on experience challenging and restructuring accounting and operational teams at multiple national and international locations to support a company’s rapid growth, while improving accounting operational efficiencies via process automation and increasing responsibilities of team members. In her last position, Rachel played a critical role, working directly with the owner and executive management, in the company‘s transition from a single product line retailer (with 27 employees when she arrived), to a multi-product line manufacturer (with over 500 employees.)

Rachel is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Russ Gambrel, CPA, Senior Consultant

Russ is a senior business consultant and project manager with over 17 years of experience in project leadership, SEC reporting, auditing, accounting, IT systems and internal control design.  Russ is a former controller and university instructor, has served in finance and accounting roles internationally, and has extensive consulting experience in designing and implementing internal control environments, including S-Ox.

Russ is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting and is currently completing a Management in Information Systems degree at the University of Maryland.   Russ is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Gary Levine, CPA, CMA, Director, Fractional CFO, Controller & Consulting Services

Gary Levine is CPA and experienced CFO serving medium and large businesses for more than 25 years.  His industry experience includes healthcare, life sciences, consumer products, real estate & manufacturing.  Gary has prepared companies for IPO’s, as well as mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning & revenue cycle management.  Gary’s broad-based work also includes working with private equity, venture capital and extensive board level experience.   Gary is also dedicated to the success of not-for-profits and has provided finance and accounting support to several organizations.

Gary is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Economics and a Master of Business Administration in Finance.  Gary is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

  • Christine Polk, CPA, Fractional CFO/Controller

Christine is a CPA with over 25 years of experience providing accounting services to a variety of clients, in a variety of capacities, including CFO of a medical equipment supplier, controller and interim CFO of several middle market companies and an auditor with Deloitte.  Christine has experience performing “interim” CFO/controller services and understands the unique approach it takes to manage the staff for continuity and to get up to speed quickly to keep the company moving forward.

Christine is a graduate of The College of William and Mary with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

  • Samantha Fleck, Fractional Controller

Samantha joined the Fahrenheit Fractional Financial Management team bringing a wide variety of accounting skills to our client engagements.  Sam has solid experience and exposure across all areas of accounting including AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Financial Analysis & Reporting, and Forecasting & Budgeting, and has also handled Human Resource responsibilities during her career. Prior to joining Fahrenheit, Sam worked with private industry, non-profit and a private equity backed business.

Samantha is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Accounting & Information Systems.

  • Salina Scioscia, Fractional Controller

Salina joined the Fahrenheit Fractional Financial Management team and currently serves numerous clients on a part-time role.  She brings deep experience in financial data analysis and reporting, as well as solid financial statement preparation, budgeting, variance analysis, cash management and month end closing capabilities.  Prior to joining Fahrenheit Finance (and relocating to Richmond), Salina was employed for many years as acting controller for a non-profit hospital in New York.

Salina is a graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Minor in Finance and is currently pursuing a Masters of Accounting to allow her to sit for the CPA exam.

  • Steve Baker, Senior Resource Manager

Steve joined the team as the firm’s senior resource manager.  Blending a unique background as a former CPA turned recruiting expert, Steve leads the talent sourcing efforts for Fahrenheit Finance.  He brings over 14 years of talent acquisition experience to our team from both the search industry and corporate environments.

Steve is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status).

  • Megan Chappell, Senior Accountant

Megan recently joined the firm to handle all the firm’s day-to-day accounting and operational matters.   Relocating from Boston, MA where she was a client service representative and fund accountant for Brown Brothers Harriman, Megan will bring her skill sets and great personality to help support the continued growth of the firm.

Megan is a graduate of Lynchburg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Minor in Economics.
