His career also includes establishing a staffing and consulting firm to provide top-tier sales candidates to clients in the Mid-Atlantic region and nationally. He also served as vice president of organizational development for a financial services firm that served as a resource for philanthropic giving and distribution throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Jay has been nationally recognized for his role in recruiting while participating in consulting and speaking engagements at universities, association meetings, and industry conferences across the country. He also has international work experience in Sydney, Australia and completed the Rotary International GSE trip to South Korea in 2012 and the Richmond Chamber of Commerce MENTOR Richmond Program in 2013-2014.
