Kris is the Chief Operating Officer at Fahrenheit Advisors, where he oversees the firm’s strategy, growth, and delivery of client services. With extensive experience in executive leadership roles, Kris has a proven track record of success in scaling and operating startups, middle-market, and large enterprises.

Before joining Fahrenheit Advisors, Kris served as the Chief People Officer at a groundbreaking last-mile delivery and drone technology startup partnered with Walmart. Kris helped scale the business to several hundred employees across 38 locations in just 18 months and established the industry’s first accredited commercial drone Flight Academy.

Prior to this, Kris honed his skills during a 20-year career at Day & Zimmermann, one of America’s largest private companies. He held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Strategy, M&A, Business Development, Operations, and Support Services. Kris played a pivotal role in creating the “D&Z Way” of operational execution, supporting complex M&A integrations, securing over $5B in booked backlog with major clean energy producers, and spearheading the company’s successful pivot into the multi-billion-dollar emerging energy markets.
