Before joining Fahrenheit Advisors, Charles served as the CFO of a $200 million home furnishing retailer with a national and online presence where he managed Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Audit, IT, Risk Management, and Facilities. He led various organizational initiatives and provided financial leadership that yielded significant improvements in back-office efficiency, cost savings, compliance, and financial performance. Prior to this, Charles gained more than a decade of hands-on strategic finance and leadership experience with a West Coast-based consultancy where he provided transformative CFO services to dozens of high-growth, venture-backed, and start-up companies. He began his career in investment banking with JP Morgan, specializing in consumer products and new media sectors. Subsequently, he worked in Private Equity and Corporate Development, leading strategic acquisitions, annual planning, and integrations for a global multibillion-dollar media and publishing company.
