Laura has a passion for creating more culturally inclusive and equitable workplaces. Her career began in international relations at a large multinational corporation in Beijing where she worked in operations and procurement. A published author and organizational development expert, Laura was previously the CEO of an award-winning HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting firm where she spent several years executing large corporate DEI initiatives and offering fractional HR services.
