She has demonstrated success with scaling in startups, and a deep expertise in a variety of industries including information technology, healthcare data analytics, life sciences, and financial industries. As Fahrenheit’s Human Capital Practice Director, Melody works as a thought partner with a strong business acumen to provide critical support in the development and implementation of HR strategies that achieve organizational results.
