With over 16 years of HR and Employment law experience, Leigh has led and built HR departments for multiple state agencies and organizations as well as a 400+ person law firm. She provides thoughtful consultation in the areas of employee relations, employee investigations, classification and compensation, policy development and design, legal compliance, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, change management, and organizational design. Her experience in organizational design and efficiency analysis allows her to lead reform efforts to improve office operations.
