She was the founder of a local boutique staffing firm where she worked in operations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human resources. Heather’s expertise also includes proposal preparation, process improvement, and establishing best practices for a variety of human resources processes, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and terminations.
