Geri Simmons has extensive experience in various industries as a human resources leader. She is bilingual (English and Spanish), a certified paralegal, a lead mediator in employment law cases, and a seasoned professional in compliance concerns, including employment law class actions. She has merger/acquisition experience with startups and turnarounds, leading change management, talent development, and executive coaching initiatives. Additionally, Geri has union and nonunion experience as a chief spokesperson. Geri also has worked on implementation teams deploying Oracle, Workday, and ADP platforms.

Geri started her career in a law office working on employment law cases and transitioned to mid-size and large publicly traded companies. While most of her career served manufacturing organizations in lean six sigma environments, she also has experience in the medical, engineering, media, and entertainment fields.
