Emily has a broad range of knowledge of generalized human resource management. She has experience with full-cycle recruiting, retention efforts, employee benefits and wellness, training and adult learning, compliance and employment law, and organizational psychology. She is working both internally with the Human Capital practice as well as externally with our clients.
In prior roles, Emily has worked at small to mid-sized companies in a variety of industries including financial services, fintech, state government, and workers’ compensation insurance. She has created training materials, enhanced employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs, maintained compliance with policies and procedures, and created onboarding programs.
