Over the course of Charlie’s career, he has held oversight of HR Business Partner, L&D, and Talent Acquisition teams for a US-based holding company with $11 billion in annual revenues, 50+ divisions, 400+ locations, and over 16,000 employees. During his tenure, he helped quadruple revenue while advising executive and operations leadership on HR issues to maximize performance, engagement, and acquisition of talent and compliance.  Charlie achieved an industry-high retention for sales and leadership positions through the creation and execution of strategies, based on best practices, for a top-performing HR team by optimizing talent from acquisitions and developing next-generation.
