He brings over 15 years of experience developing and implementing operational and financial transformation as a consultant and operator. Working across a diverse set of industries and functions, he has led restructuring, M&A, integrations, operations and process enhancements ranging from startups to multinational public companies. Specializing in partnering with clients across all functions (offices of the CEO, CFO, COO, CRO, etc).
In addition to advisory, Aubrey offers significant experience serving as an operating partner and interim leadership resource for clients. His experience includes both operational and commercial aspects, managing businesses through strategy development, and cross-functional process optimization. Driving transformational change across organizational verticals, including product and cost initiatives to generate margin and working capital improvements. He led the design and execution of strategic initiatives and operations across numerous industries including healthcare, manufacturing, SAAS, and energy companies. Aubrey also brings extensive experience helping companies through M&A processes, including partnering with clients as an interim resource to execute pre-transaction preparation, diligence, transaction execution, and post-merger integration. Prior to joining Fahrenheit, Aubrey was a management consultant providing strategic advisory and execution services to clients. He also worked with a Fortune 500 energy provider sourcing energy related investments and developing new commercial opportunities. Aubrey began his career in investment banking focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity placements for public and private companies.
