Jennifer’s career includes building formal human resources departments for a rapidly-growing technology and management consulting firm as well as a contingent workforce consulting company. In those roles she focused on performance evaluation and management, human resources policies, benefits, compliance, associate relations, compensation, job documentation, and culture. She has also worked in human resources-related roles for the banking and consumer electronics industries.
