Pete leverages two decades of experience spanning national security, strategy consulting, and private equity to help middle-market leaders navigate complexity and make high-stakes strategic decisions. He specializes in corporate strategy, disruption planning, competitive intelligence, and organizational readiness for disruptive change. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Pete served as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard a destroyer and in a Naval Special Boat unit before completing a tour on the Pentagon’s Joint Staff. He holds a Master’s in Strategic Intelligence with a concentration in Counterterrorism from the National Intelligence University. Following military service, he worked as an intelligence analyst focused on counterterrorism operations before transitioning to the private sector. He spent eight years in Deloitte’s Strategy Practice advising Fortune 500 clients, then served as CEO of a PE-backed consulting and technology firm, leading the company through two transactions. At Fahrenheit, he leads the Strategy & Operations practice, helping companies anticipate and capitalize on disruptive shifts using analytical frameworks adapted from the U.S. Intelligence Community.
