Kim is highly experienced in assessing business problems and providing clients with process and technology solutions that address strategic, financial, and tactical goals. As a consultant, she leads technical and business teams within the public sector, financial services, transportation, healthcare, and nonprofits. She has worked with C-suite executives and other senior department to vet, procure, and implement complex software applications ranging from electronic health record (EHR), to CRMs, to fintech platforms. Kim also recognizes that sometimes solutions do not always require complex software and leverages her deep excel skills to solve business problems. Her ability to assess, learn, and adapt very quickly to changing environments make her an asset to organizations.

Kim utilizes both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to provide unique workflow process mapping techniques and strong communication techniques that provide visibility and accountability to all stakeholders. When serving as a PMO (Program Management Office) director, Kim ensures that multiple projects tie to the specific strategic and financial goals of each organization.
