Chip spent his early career working as a commercial banker in Virginia, Boston, DC, and Silicon Valley, with a specific specialty in lending to private equity and venture capital portfolio companies. Chip brings his entrepreneurial spirit to The Fahrenheit Group after starting and growing his own consulting practice where he focused on providing interim C-level management to companies experiencing rapid growth or periods of distress.
His recent engagements have crossed numerous industries and leadership roles:

•Served as President and Chief Restructuring Officer for a healthcare distribution company resulting in the successful turnaround and sale within two years of engagement
