Brandon began his career in financial and operational leadership before transitioning into human capital and organizational strategy. He is a former CFO, COO, and CHRO and has served as a trusted advisor to boards and executives, leveraging his deep expertise to drive workforce performance, operational efficiencies, and organizational growth. Throughout his career, Brandon has designed and executed comprehensive compensation strategies, including incentive plans, equity compensation, and benefits redesign. He has led M&A due diligence, seamlessly integrating HR and operational processes to support organizational transitions. Brandon’s work includes transforming compensation structures to align with market competitiveness, developing competency frameworks, and designing succession plans to ensure organizational sustainability.
