As a former CHRO for a multi-site, multi-national organization with extensive breadth and depth of experience in all facets of human capital, Bob helps clients match human capital initiatives to the strategy of the organization. Bob began his career as a HR Generalist and Manager at both facility and Division levels and went on to serve as a function director covering Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS areas prior to assuming CHRO responsibilities. His experiences cover both public and private (including private equity owned) organizations, and he has strong experience in expansion, restructuring, and M&A activity requiring strong project management capability.
