Holly brings extensive executive-level and ownership experience to strengthen finance and accounting functions and support informed decision-making. With broad expertise across financial strategy, reporting, forecasting, capital planning, and complex transactions, she partners with leadership teams to improve financial clarity, manage risk, and align financial insight with business objectives. She is known as a trusted advisor, bringing a practical, collaborative approach grounded in real-world operating experience and a strong commitment to developing high-performing teams.

Holly began her career in public accounting before moving into increasingly senior finance roles across manufacturing, construction, and real estate development. With more than two decades in senior leadership, including service as Chief Financial Officer, she has led finance and accounting functions for complex, multi-entity organizations and partnered closely with executive teams and boards on capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, financial strategy, and long-range planning initiatives. Her experience spans complex organizations with diverse ownership and operating structures, providing perspective on the financial and operational needs of businesses at varying stages of growth and maturity.
