Misty has worked in a variety of industries, including sales, manufacturing, and healthcare.  Most recently Misty served as the Human Resources Director for a skilled nursing facility, serving on the leadership and safety committee, and developing, and implementing OSHA and infection control policies through the rapid changes of the pandemic to ensure employee and resident safety and satisfaction.
