Throughout Merryman’s career, she has managed compensation plans for executives and boards of directors, coordinated the preparation of CD&As for proxy statements, and managed deferral communications and enrollment. She has prepared comprehensive market data, analysis, and comparison for executive and mid-level employees, performed targeted peer group proxy studies, and provided board of directors’ market data and best practices, compensation review, and recommendations. Merryman began her career in various trust and investment roles at a Fortune 500 bank before she transitioned into compensation work.
