Kate began her career working for a large publicly traded staffing firm in the technology space and transitioned to a boutique firm where she spent almost a decade building and fostering relationships. Kate has worn all kinds of hats within the client services and recruiting fields including account executive, recruiter, and consultant services manager.  She has worked with companies from start-up’s to Fortune 500 companies.  Her enthusiasm and desire to help people, both new and advanced in their careers, to find their next home is what makes her tick.
