Working as an Associate Recruiter, Jennifer will be supporting the Human Capital, Sales Transformation, and Executive Search & Recruiting teams with setting up databases and process improvement. Applying a broad range of her skills including leadership, program development, employee engagement, building relationships, and team collaboration.
Jennifer began her career in teaching. As a former teacher, she has developed knowledge and skills such as leadership, public speaking, collaboration, project management, content development, strategic goal setting, data analysis, and the ability to communicate and interact with diverse populations.
