With over 15 years of Human Capital experience, Becky has managed all facets of HR in both the United States and internationally. She is well versed in thoughtfully scaling tech startups from 30 employees to 500+ employees while establishing best practices and systems for recruiting, benefits, employee development, internal communication, and building community and culture with remote-based teams. She has strong experience leading, creating, researching, and implementing strategic plans for employee experience and culture globally. Her experience building out HR departments and serving as an HR department of one gives her the ability to manage and deliver on a high volume of diverse work and consistently improve the employee experience while influencing company-wide adoption of new initiatives.
Becky began her career in a unionized environment and then transitioned to the technology sector for the majority of her working experience. During that time she oversaw a variety of functions from recruiting, onboarding, benefits, people operations, and employee engagement. She is highly skilled at growing teams and scaling processes, especially in a remote environment.
