Alex is a Human Resources executive with more than a decade of experience spanning private equity, public corporations, and consulting environments. She has led M&A due diligence and integration efforts, served in interim CHRO and senior HR leadership roles, and managed large-scale change management and HR project initiatives. Her consulting work has included providing fractional CHRO support, leading ERP and HRIS implementations, developing policies and talent management programs, and facilitating organizational change. She has directed change communications for a multi-site hospital system, served as interim HR leader for nonprofit and healthcare organizations, and managed organizational development projects in the life sciences sector. She has also overseen multiple Workday and Oracle implementations to improve HR processes and data accuracy.

In previous leadership roles, Alex was responsible for HR strategy across global operations, including the design and rollout of HRIS systems, executive compensation programs, and global mentorship and diversity initiatives. She has managed HR due diligence and integration for acquisitions, created frameworks for professional development, and standardized performance management processes. Earlier in her career, she supported large regional and national workforces in financial services and healthcare, where she developed retention tools, managed employee relations, and implemented workforce planning and onboarding programs. She holds certifications in diversity, coaching, and people analytics, and has published on equity and gender bias in the workplace.
