Yolanda Evans is a senior human resources and people operations leader with 25 years of experience supporting organizations across private equity–backed, founder‑led, and high‑growth technology environments. Her work includes building and scaling people operations functions from inception, supporting organizational growth from early‑stage to mid‑market scale, and partnering with executive leadership through mergers, acquisitions, and periods of transformation. Yolanda brings deep experience across HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, HRIS and payroll integration, benefits administration, and multi‑state and international compliance. She has supported employee populations across nearly all U.S. states and multiple international regions, including Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and India, and has led globally distributed teams operating across complex regulatory landscapes.
Yolanda began her career in recruiting and HR operations before advancing into senior HR leadership roles overseeing end‑to‑end people operations, talent strategy, and M&A‑related HR workstreams. Her experience includes leading due diligence and post‑close integration activities, workforce and talent mapping, restructuring and workforce reductions, employee relations and investigations, and system transitions involving HRIS, payroll, benefits, and PEO environments. She has worked closely with legal, finance, and executive teams to align people strategy with business objectives, including navigating international employment requirements, work authorization changes, and cross‑border workforce design. Most recently, Yolanda has focused on interim and consulting engagements, partnering with leadership teams to support organizational change, compliance, and people operations continuity during periods of growth, integration, and transition.
