Linda Butler

Senior Consultant

With over 25 years of experience, Linda helps clients access and improve their financial and accounting functions, internal processes and systems to create efficiencies, reduce costs, and achieve desired results.  She is an experienced Accounting Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry and posseses skills in Operations Management, Payroll, Business Process Improvement, and Human Resources. Over her career, Linda has worked in many industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Medical, Government and Insurance.

Previously, Linda was the Controller for a global Manufacturing company. Within this role she helped create accounting processes and procedures, managed month-end close, prepared monthly management reports, worked with the Management Team to create KPI’s and strategic plana, and created monthly and annual operating budgets. She was also instrumental in two system migrations.
