With a wide-ranging background including public accounting, controllership, operational finance leadership, and private equity and VC transactions, Kyle brings a unique and valuable perspective to his clients. He creates long-term value through his holistic view of the finance function within the business and his expertise in financial modelling, complex analysis, systems implementations, process developments, as well as technical accounting and financial reporting.

Kyle began his career as an auditor with PwC, working primarily with asset management and public real estate clients. He transitioned into industry first as a private equity Fund Controller before joining an asset management firm as an investment professional. There he focused on buying, selling, and managing global timberland and agricultural investments and overseeing the portfolio as a member of the investment committee. Most recently Kyle has been the finance leader for 2 different climate-tech startups where he managed all accounting, tax, FP&A, strategic finance, and fundraising functions.
