An entrepreneurial and hands-on financial executive, Chuck drives financial/ operational results in a regional and global cross-functional environment. Chuck provides expertise in all M&A activities (having worked with and for 4 private-equity firms); preparing a Company for Sarbanes Oxley readiness; leading financial planning/reporting; budgeting, operational cost management, capital sourcing, banking relations, insurance/risk management; tax and legal compliance. His collaborative spirit and communications skills enhance his work.

Chuck began his career with an international public accounting firm where he led audits of privately owned businesses and later led all tax aspects of these privately owned companies including corporate, partnership, individual and wealth and estate tax compliance and planning. He then joined a client as a financial executive and built a collaborative financial team to partner with the cross functions of the organization. Concurrent with this role, Chuck led 10 acquisitions during a period of industry consolidation/ strategic expansion into emerging markets and the companies insurance and risk management programs.
