Bill provides financial planning and analysis, hospital and physician managed care contract negotiation, revenue cycle development and management, internal control design and oversight, and performance improvement and cost management counsel to investor owned and nonprofit healthcare systems and companies. With over 30 years of healthcare financial management experience, Bill is skilled in providing strategic insight and direction for continued development and expansion of freestanding behavioral health facilities and behavioral health service lines within community based and critical access hospitals.
His experience also includes CFO roles in community based and healthcare system acute care hospitals where he developed managed care strategies, was involved in the certificate of public need process, secured financing for hospital construction, expansions, and renovations, and analyzed product and service line financial performance. Bill began his career as a staff auditor for a Big Four accounting firm.
