As the head of Fahrenheit’s practice for private equity and transaction services, Rob endeavors to offer clients customized solutions to confront their challenges effectively. He is a demonstrated leader with a strong track record in assembling and guiding finance teams, securing debt and equity capital, and facilitating the integration of new companies into the portfolio. Rob also possesses expertise in handling distressed debt, restructurings, and turnarounds for small to middle-market clients.

Prior to rejoining Fahrenheit, Rob served as the Chief Financial Officer at a previous client, where he navigated them through a SPAC merger and supervised various functions including FP&A, SEC reporting, accounting, tax, and consumer finance. His practical experience encompasses activities such as business analysis, the establishment of financial and accounting systems, enhancing interdepartmental communication, operational enhancements, system design and implementation, and the assessment and selection of external advisors, consultants, and professional service providers.
