Over the course of his career, Christian has held senior finance leadership roles within public and private-equity-sponsored manufacturing organizations, leading businesses ranging in size from approximately $150 million to $1.1 billion in revenue and working across multiple manufacturing sectors and operating models. His experience spans enterprise finance transformation, M&A integration, ERP and data modernization, and the development of finance teams that operate as true business partners to operations, executive leadership, and private equity sponsors-supporting integration, operational improvement, and exit readiness.
