Terry also utilizes his business consulting expertise to assist clients with organization assessments, executive team assimilations, individual coaching, and succession planning.
During Terry’s career, he has worked with one of the country’s largest retained search firms and a Fortune 500 company, where his roles ranged from labor relations and union avoidance to call center management. He has also held various human resources and labor relations roles for companies in the retail and steel industries.
