As a Human Resources Business Partner, Tami has worked in a diverse group of industries on a wide range of strategic and operational HR principles, including Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Global Mobility, Compensation, and HR Policies and Procedures. Tami has experience working in a variety of industries including tech, real estate, non-profit, consulting, and government contracting.
Throughout her career, Tami has served as the global HR Business Partner to senior leaders, implementing strategic HR objectives resulting from mergers and acquisitions restructuring into a new organizational model. She has directed the reorganization of job roles and competencies, skill gaps, the standardizing of polices and compensation worldwide, global relocation, and tax laws. As a consultant, Tami has partnered with HR teams and business executives to assist during mergers and acquisitions, with the integration of HR initiatives, programs, and systems, with a particular focus given to reducing attrition and improving the employee and new-hire experience.
