Sandy is a senior human resources professional with experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits, startup development and implementation, organizational development, HRIS implementation, training, communications, and executive coaching for public and privately held companies. She has 30 years of global experience in the technology, residential, construction, and healthcare industries.

During her career, Sandy has held senior level positions where she established human resources functions, managed employee hiring and training, coordinated the in-house conversion of benefit, payroll, and 401(k) plans, and developed new hire onboarding and orientation processes. She also established partnerships with staffing firms and initiated new human resources programs and policies. Sandy is skilled in the management of large, geographically dispersed teams and the development of employee surveys and executive 360 feedback processes. Her experience also includes overseeing all human resources aspects of a Fortune 500 company’s 10,000 employee merger. She has provided interim executive leadership to two major healthcare organizations, successfully building teams and developing and implementing human resources processes.
