He is skilled in all areas of human resources management including employee relations, compensation, benefits, communications, performance management, and compliance with state and federal labor laws.
During his career, Nathan has served in senior level human resources roles in the staffing and food distribution industries. His experience includes developing the human resources function for a rapidly growing Fortune 500 company with an emphasis on aligning branch and corporate activities. In that role, Nathan worked with more than 20 human resources leaders across 32 operating locations. His expertise also includes consolidating existing human resources functions while expanding human resources services, leading an initiative to self-fund a company’s group health program, establishing an automated performance management system, and enhancing corporate culture through career development and philanthropic involvement.
