Meg brings 13+ years of experience in talent management, strategic organizational design, and workforce planning strategies, as well as experience building core HR programs in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, performance management and learning and development.
Meg has experience working with fast-growth start-up companies to help build global strategic HR programs. She has experience working with and exiting PEO’s, implementing HRIS systems, building onboarding and engagement programs, and restructuring following acquisitions. She has experience in building resource management programs to identify organizational skills gaps and enhance career development.
