Over the course of her career, Jil has worked in a variety of industries including construction, manufacturing, start-ups, non-profits, pharmaceuticals, and higher education. Jil has managed all aspects of human resources, partnering with leadership to ensure human resources methodologies support the strategies of the firm. She has worked with mergers and acquisitions, unions, and non-unions, and resolves operational challenges that may impact employees.
