In Terry’s 26 years with Viad Corp (a $1B global, diversified public company—formerly The Greyhound Corporation), she grew to hold an executive leadership position and, as such, was a senior human resources business partner and management advisor to Viad Corp’s executive team. She supported executive management by developing/executing human resources plans that aligned with business strategy in order to successfully select, compensate, engage, coach, and retain top talent for the company. Upon retiring from Viad Corp in 2011, she was asked to remain with the company as a consultant to provide services in the areas of executive compensation, executive coaching, employee engagement and various benefits projects on an on-going and part-time basis.
