She influences with integrity and credibility, treasuring her role as consultant, advisor, and trusted confidante. She is a member of Fahrenheit’s Leadership Team.

Sara began her career in management consulting supporting technology, financial services, and healthcare companies through mergers, acquisitions, and other large-scale transformational initiatives. Capitalizing on that experience she transitioned to internal HR business partner roles coaching leaders at all levels to drive cultural change, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. Sara prioritizes achieving business objectives through innovative human capital strategies.
