Prior to joining Fahrenheit, Joe spent three decades in organization leadership. He has served in Executive Positions and on the Executive Committees of the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (an industry, university, government consortium developing advanced manufacturing technology in the aerospace industry), Western Oilfield Supply (a $500M family owned oilfield services company), Boart Longyear (a $2.5Bn global leader in mineral exploration services and products), and Teleflex Automotive (a $500M automotive component supplier). Joe has led global teams in six continents and created, grew and led a major automotive component design and manufacturing operation in China for Motorola Automotive, including negotiating and executing related joint ventures. Joe began his career at General Motors, rising through the ranks to the point of being manager of their first engine manufacturing program for their Chinese joint venture.
