Comprehensive HR Compliance and Process Assessments
Sometimes you just don’t know what you don’t know.  We’ll help you identify what needs to be done to get you on a solid compliance footing.  We provide an initial HR assessment that examines your current state HR structure, compliance posture and processes to determine current, near and long term HR needs and priorities.

We take the following steps in the process of evaluating your HR infrastructure:

  • An on-site kickoff meeting with our client’s leadership and Fahrenheit representatives to complete an HR compliance and assessment questionnaire.
  • Review of HR related documents and processes.

Development of the HR Assessment Scorecard and report-out meeting including key observations and recommendations for actions.

The results of the analysis, along with observations and recommendations will be included in the Executive Summary.  In addition to the Executive Summary, an analysis of each assessed area is included to be used as a reference and guide to good human resources practices.

Once the Assessment is complete, we work with you to develop a plan to close critical needs gaps and for providing on-going HR infrastructure and service delivery.
