Fahrenheit Advisors Taps Executive to Lead Richmond, VA Human Capital Management Practice
Fahrenheit Advisors has announced that Sara James Shelton will be joining the firm as the Human Capital Management Practice Area Lead. Headquartered in Richmond, VA, with an office in Scottsdale, AZ, Fahrenheit is a middle-market consulting and advisory firm. The Scottsdale team provides human capital services including HR management, talent and leadership development and compensation studies.

Sara will be partnering with Scottsdale’s Managing Director, Rachel Lutowsky, to continue to expand the Fahrenheit Human Capital practice. “With Sara on board, Fahrenheit will continue to extend its reach throughout our established regions and beyond,” Lutowsky states. “Her strong management consulting background further strengthens our tenured HR bench helping us scale our practice and supporting our clients to drive results through their human capital effectiveness.”
